What do you mean by stomata? Are stomata present in the roots of plants.

✍👉Stomata are small pores found on the surface of leaves and sometimes stems, surrounded by guard cells. They allow gas exchange (intake of carbon dioxide and release of oxygen) and control water loss through transpiration.

Stomata are not present in the roots of plants, as roots are specialized for absorbing water and nutrients through root hairs, not for gas exchange.
